This ploughshare arm cover for cultivator -model DT102954- belongs to the SMARAGD range and it is compatible with Lemken’s original SMARAGD system. As its name suggests, it constitutes the arm cover of the cultivator and its main job is therefore to protect the arm of the machine from wear by friction with the soil, just as it avoids fatigue wear due to traction.
Amongst other advantages, this ploughshare also fulfills the function of opening a permeation zone, when the whole share works deep, which allows this piece to penetrate more easily during rainy seasons.
